      Below step-by-step on how to archiving your data
      1. Create a new directories for store Archive Data
      2. Point to Start > Administrative Tools then choose File Server Resource Manager (FSRM)
      3. A new windows FSRM will open, then point to “File Management Tas”, right click on it and choose Create File Management Task…
      4. After a new windows of Management Task Open, on general Tab defined parameter as needed (see below pict for detail). At scope field, input your dierctories need for archive

      5. On action tab, on type field choose File Expiration and on Expiration directory fill with your Archive Data Directories where have been created on step one above
      6. Next on Condition tab, in this scenario I will archive file where not modified since 1 years ago, see picture below for detail
      7. Then schedule tab, please fill schedule as you need
      8. Once you have finished configure it, choose run for task or let it run by your time schedule
